Siddharth Das

Siddharth, CEO of Univ.AI, is a visionary technology leader, renowned as both an AI entrepreneur and a seasoned executive. He is the principal advisor and co-founder of TalentRubric and served as the Founding Co-CEO of the $20-Billion Jio Financial Services (JFS).

Previously, Siddharth led Flipkart's inaugural payments business, instrumental in the acquisition of the now $12-Billion PhonePe. He also co-founded and led HighMark, India's premier Credit Bureau focused on underprivileged credit, acquired by CRIF and renamed CRIF-HighMark.

Before his tenure in India's fintech sector, Siddharth spent a decade in San Francisco, serving as a product manager for tech firms and later as a Global Analytics leader at FICO, the pioneer of credit scoring.

Siddharth earned his graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he specialised in genetic algorithms, a precursor to modern AI, and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.
